Nice race, but he should have been DQ'd...I'm sure a head on would make it even more apparent than this view...and this view was pretty obvious interference.
I saw the Newsday article complaining about it, but I heard from other sources that it actually didn't look as bad from the head on - of course, that is third-hand, but take it for what you will...
Double power move, no real interference...definitely one to watch.
